Jnana Prabodhini at Pune was started to develop leaders from intellectuals
where as Jnana Prabodhini Navanagar Vidyalaya at Nigadi is imparting value education
on the ideals of Jnana Prabodhini to common people. It is therefore a
deviation from the education of the gifted to the education of masses.
'Education for nation building' has been the ideal of Jnana Prabodhini .The
school was started in June 1981 in a sprawling area of four and half acres.
In the past 20 years altogether 6300 sq. meters areajpnv1 has been built at
the estimated cost of 1.50 crores.
There are few more trusts like Matru Mandir Vishwastha Sanstha, Gram
Prabodhini (an organization for the education of rural children) Sri Ram
Trust. Parvati Mahadev Elderly service Ttrust have been associated with the
Nigadi centre of Jnana Prabodhini.
We believe in human engineering. Just as bricks, water and sand build
a sturdy house , we have planned, designed, and implemented the above said
activities with great precision and perfection .Each child is assisted to
develop into a forward looking and dynamic individual. It is a great effort
to evolve leaders from normal children.
Innovative methods of teaching, new, novel and unique ideas , projects ,
creative approach in all the projects is the key behind the success achieved
by this centre within a very short span of twenty years.
